Capital and business alliance with System Location

GarageBank Corporation is pleased to announce that we have entered into a capital and business alliance with System Location Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President: Takehiko Chimura; hereinafter "System Location"). Through this alliance, GarageBank will leverage System Location's vehicle valuation system, which is built on big-data analysis, to improve the accuracy and speed of vehicle appraisals and accelerate the further expansion of our personal-vehicle leaseback business.

Background and purpose of the alliance

GarageBank has operated a personal-vehicle leaseback service since 2023 and has served a growing number of customers. In recent months, the number of inquiries has increased significantly, and cases requiring extended time for vehicle appraisal and contract terms have become more frequent.

Through this alliance, leveraging System Location's vehicle valuation system is expected to substantially improve appraisal accuracy and speed. As a result, customers will be able to enter into contracts smoothly based on faster and more appropriate appraisal results. Furthermore, by introducing a future-value forecasting model, contract flexibility will improve and we will be able to propose leaseback plans optimized to each customer's lifestyle and needs.

Going forward, the two companies will continue to drive new innovation in the mobility space and provide more convenient services that respond to the evolving needs of the automotive market.
