After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Policy Management, joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), where he worked in corporate finance and human resources. After a stint at a startup, he founded GarageBank Corporation in January 2020 and assumed the role of Representative Director.

After graduating from Doshisha University's Faculty of Commerce, joined Sony Corporation. He moved to Sony Music Entertainment, where he served in the IPO Preparation Office and other roles. He joined ALC PRESS in 2003 and held positions including Executive Officer, Senior Managing Director, and Vice President. After serving as Senior Managing Director and CFO of Digital Cruise Inc., he joined GarageBank in October 2024 and was appointed Director in March 2025.

After graduating from International Christian University, joined Dentsu Inc. He worked in marketing at Coca-Cola (Japan) Company. He became a Partner at W Inc. in 2020, has served as Outside Director of GarageBank since July 2023, and founded AKaFUJI Inc. in 2025 as Representative Director.

She worked in accounting and tax at Ohta Showa Audit Corporation (now EY ShinNihon LLC) and EY Tax Co., as well as at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities (now BofA Securities) and Barclays Capital Japan, before becoming independent in 2005. She has served as Auditor of Kotozna Inc. since 2024 and as Auditor of GarageBank since March 2025.
